Description du poste

Responsabilités

  • Exécuter avec rigueur les procédures de fin de mois soit : comptabiliser, analyser, concilier et compléter les écritures comptables ;
  • Préparer les conciliations bancaires, valider les éléments de conciliations au système et enregistrer les écritures comptables requises ;
  • Préparer les remises gouvernementales mensuelles, agir à titre de personne contact auprès des autorités gouvernementales lors des révisions ;
  • Participer à la préparation du dossier d’audit annuel de concert avec la Chef d’équipe – Comptabilité financière ;
  • Préparer des analyses et des rapports financiers sur base mensuelle ;
  • Participer à l’amélioration des processus et du contrôle interne et proposer de nouvelles méthodes de travail ;
  • Supporter son supérieur dans les différents projets de l’entreprise ;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes requises.

Qualifications

  • Posséder un baccalauréat en administration option comptabilité;
  • Au moins 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
  • Très bonne capacité d’analyse ;
  • Grande rigueur au travail et minutie dans ses dossiers ;
  • Sens de l’organisation ;
  • Professionnalisme et confidentialité ;
  • Excel niveau intermédiaire, tableaux croisés dynamiques ;
  • Expérience avec un système ERP, Microsoft AX (un atout) ;
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais niveau avancé) requis en raison des activités de l'organisation à l'échelle nationale et de la nécessité d'une communication efficace entre les différentes régions.
