Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e Gestionnaire de projets e-commerce & marketing passionné·e par la croissance numérique et la relation client. En collaboration directe avec notre VP e-commerce, vous serez responsable de la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle de nos comptes clients.Vous agirez comme point de contact principal avec les clients tout en coordonnant les équipes internes pour développer des stratégies e-commerce efficaces, innovantes et orientées performance.
Responsabilités clés-Gestion de projets : Planifier, organiser et superviser les projets e-commerce et marketing numérique, respecter les délais et gérer les budgets alloués;-Relation Client : Être le point de contact principal avec les clients, comprendre leurs besoins et assurer leur satisfaction;-Marketing numérique : Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour élaborer et exécuter des stratégies marketing adaptées aux objectifs des clients;-Analyse et Reporting : Effectuer le suivi des performances des campagnes et des projets à travers les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), et préparer des rapports clairs;-Innovation et amélioration continue : Identifier les nouvelles opportunités de croissance et recommander des stratégies novatrices alignées sur les tendances actuelles du marché;-Collaboration inter-équipe : Travailler étroitement avec les équipes internes (ventes, création, stratégie, technique) afin de garantir la cohérence des projets et l’atteinte des objectifs.

Compétences recherchées

    • Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets e-commerce et marketing numérique
    • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication
    • Capacité à analyser des données et à présenter des recommandations concrètes
    • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à coordonner divers intervenants
    • Connaissance approfondie des tendances et outils du marché e-commerce
    • Connaissance de Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Ads et ga4 constitue un atout
    • Bilinguisme.
