We are a top-producing real estate team seeking an exceptional full-time Licensed Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and transaction support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of real estate and is looking for a stable, long-term role within a collaborative and growing team.
In this position, your focus will be on supporting our Realtors and clients through every stage of the transaction process. You will coordinate listings, manage paperwork, oversee deadlines, communicate with clients and industry professionals, and help ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is licensed, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Experience with Paragon, Webforms, Strata documents, and real estate transaction management systems is crucial. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
This role is designed for someone passionate about real estate administration and team support. It is a dedicated Licensed Assistant position and does not include personal lead generation or building an individual client base.
