  • Mount electrical components such as relays, meters, controllers, PLCs, terminal blocks, and other control/protection devices.
  • Position, bolt, screw, and fasten parts, subassemblies, and components using hand and power tools.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform ad hoc duties related to production assembly as requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a skilled production environment, specifically involving electrical wiring or assembly of industrial control panels or similar equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools used in electrical assembly (wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.).
  • Experience with wire termination techniques (crimping, potentially soldering).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment:
