Ton rôleTon poste est divisé en deux grands volets : support exécutif et marketing.
Tu deviendras le bras droit du directeur tout en contribuant activement à la visibilité et à la notoriété d'Avizia RH.
Gérer les réseaux sociaux (planification, rédaction, publication, interaction).
Créer du contenu visuel et vidéo (Canva, tournage simple, montage de base).
Monter des publicités Meta et LinkedIn (audience, budget, optimisation de base).
Suivre les performances des campagnes et proposer des améliorations.
Collaborer avec une firme externe pour le nouveau site web et limage de marque.
Contribuer à la production de documents marketing et présentation corporatives.
Participer à la stratégie de contenu et au calendrier éditorial.
Gérer l'horaire du directeur et organiser les rendez-vous.
Réserver les déplacements et les hôtels au besoin.
Coordonner l'organisation d'événements internes (rencontres, activités d'équipe).
Numériser, classer et organiser les factures et documents administratifs.
Assurer un suivi efficace des courriels, dossiers et priorités.
Soutenir divers projets spéciaux liés aux opérations ou au développement.
Organisation impeccable et souci du détail.
Aisance avec les outils numériques (Google, Canva, plateformes sociales).
Intérêt réel pour le marketing et pour apprendre rapidement.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler de façon autonome.
Bon jugement, tact et professionnalisme.
Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite.
Atouts
Expérience en marketing numérique ou gestion de réseaux sociaux.
Connaissance de Meta Ads Manager ou LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Notions de captation vidéo ou montage simple.
Un rôle stratégique et polyvalent, jamais monotone.
