About You

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll design and lead initiatives that equip our high-performing sales team with the tools, content, and training they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership and team members at all levels to deliver impactful learning experiences (both virtually and in person) that motivate, educate, and elevate performance. You’ll serve as a champion for the sales organization, streamlining processes, optimizing content, and driving enablement strategies that empower the team to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy tailored to the health and wellness SaaS market.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain centralized sales content and resources, leveraging modern tools and AI to streamline workflows and deliver timely, relevant materials.
  • Design and deliver ongoing sales training programs with measurable outcomes, including virtual and in-person sessions, role-playing, and coaching.
  • Implement and manage sales certification and recognition programs while evaluating performance data to identify skill gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and oversee a structured coaching and mentoring framework that fosters continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product teams to align initiatives, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions and sales teams to refine content, curriculum, and delivery for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales enablement team, modeling best practices and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related SaaS role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proven success in onboarding, training, and supporting high-velocity sales teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Confident, engaging presenter skilled in adult learning techniques.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong accountability and performance standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; sales methodology certification an asset
