About the Role
We are a growing organization with approximately 200 employees across Canada and expanding. We pride ourselves on building a collaborative, supportive, and professional environment, and we are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth.
We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll and benefits administration for employees across Ontario, Québec, Nova Scotia, Alberta, and British Columbia.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
We are focused on finding the right candidate. Depending on your experience and interests, this role may expand to include Finance support (such as reconciliations and reporting) or HR Coordination (such as onboarding, HRIS administration, and compliance support).
You will support a workforce of approximately 200 employees across multiple provinces, with continued growth anticipated.
