Ça tombe bien puisque Substance est à la recherche d’un.e pigiste en gestion de communauté qui travaillera principalement en soirée et les fins de semaine, selon ses disponibilités (c’est un atout si tu es disponible le lundi soir, ainsi que le vendredi et samedi !).
Tu sera responsable d'engager la discussion et d’être en première ligne du service à la clientèle auprès des abonnés des diverses communautés et plateformes de nos clients. Pour t’aider à gérer tout ça, tu travailleras avec nos experts internes et un outil de gestion de média que tu as toujours rêvé de pouvoir te payer tellement c’est powerful. Fini d’avoir 14 onglets ouverts. Là, tu auras la chance de travailler avec un vrai dashboard de la mort.
