About The Role


As a Siding Installation Coach at Ideal Siding, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand's standards and practices. Your expertise will help ensure the highest quality of siding installation and maintenance, setting our franchisees up for success. This role is perfect for someone passionate about siding, construction, and training others to excel in their craft.



Key Responsibilities

• 
  Franchisee Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for franchisees, focusing on our siding products, installation techniques, and safety protocols.


• 
  Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for franchisees, providing timely and accurate answers to technical inquiries and troubleshooting installation challenges.


• 
  Best Practices Sharing: Continuously gather and share industry best practices with our team to enhance work quality and efficiency.


• 
  Siding Academy Leadership: Take the lead in developing and implementing curriculum for the Ideal Siding Academy, ensuring it meets the needs of our franchisees and adheres to the highest industry standards.


• 
  Quality Assurance: Regularly evaluate and provide feedback on franchisee installations, helping to maintain and improve service quality across all locations.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in siding installation, construction, or a related field, with a strong focus on siding.


• Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.


• Strong leadership qualities and experience managing educational programs or workshops.


• Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality and safety standards.


• Willingness to travel to various franchise locations as required.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
