À propos de 8Twelve Mortgage Corp : Une société de courtage hypothécaire nationale réputée, dont le siège social est à Toronto et qui détient des permis dans toutes les provinces canadiennes.

Possibilité d'emploi : Nous recherchons des souscripteurs hypothécaires, motivés et expérimentés, pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion afin de souscrire des demandes de prêt hypothécaire fournies par un vaste réseau de partenaires de référence VIP, composé principalement de conseillers financiers et d'agents immobiliers.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Fournir des conseils et des solutions hypothécaires d'expert aux clients et obtenir d'excellents résultats de vente.
  • Entretenir les relations d'affaires et les relations clients existantes.
  • Faire preuve de flexibilité pour rencontrer les clients par voie numérique à leur convenance pendant les heures normales d'ouverture.

Qualifications essentielles :

  • Permis de courtier hypothécaire valide du Québec (obligatoire).
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience avérée en souscription hypothécaire.
  • Solides compétences technologiques, notamment dans un environnement Mac et avec diverses plateformes logicielles.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication bilingue (français/anglais).
  • Grande motivation, sens de l'organisation et capacité à respecter les délais.

Rémunération et modalités de candidature :

8Twelve Mortgage Corporation offre un salaire de base concurrentiel allant de 70,000$ à 90,000$ CA, assorti d’une prime au rendement. De plus amples renseignements sur la prime seront fournis aux candidats sélectionnés lors de l’entrevue.
