About You:

You’re a confident communicator who thrives in live, customer-facing environments and knows how to turn conversations into insightful, solution-focused discussions. Using your product expertise, you’ll deliver customized product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing how our platform can support their business goals.

You’re motivated by results and understand how your demos directly impact revenue. You’re comfortable guiding conversations toward a decision and handling objections with confidence. Experience with product demos, SaaS sales, or the health and wellness industry is a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 3–4 engaging, customized product demos per day, tailored to each prospect’s business needs and goals.
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations, building rapport quickly, and positioning our platform as a solution to key challenges.
  • Facilitate the prospect's next steps by finalizing the sale and advising them on the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, including demo notes, prospect insights, and pipeline updates.
  • Complete all post-demo follow-ups and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to ongoing internal knowledge-sharing efforts by helping improve documentation and Learning Academy resources as the product evolves.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to help improve demo strategy and team performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a SaaS or software-based organization.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales, demo-related or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide conversations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and adapt messaging in real time.
  • Results-driven mindset, with an understanding of how your work contributes to revenue outcomes.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, data, and track activities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and product features quickly and confidently.
  • Proficiency with Zoom or similar platforms for delivering online product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and client needs.
  • Willingness to occasionally conduct demos during evenings or weekends, based on client availability.
  • Familiarity with the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a strong asset.

Why Work With Us?:

  • Work with a passionate, dynamic, and fast-growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact within the wellness industry.
  • Competitive salary, vacation, and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Work in a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Please note that only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

We appreciate you taking the time and look forward to reviewing your application!
