Position Overview As a Benefits Representative, you will assist clients and members by helping them better understand the benefit programs available to them.
You will answer questions, provide guidance, and review coverage options in a clear and supportive way.
Your goal will be to create a smooth, helpful experience while ensuring each person receives accurate information and professional service.
