Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs. Implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Supervise and provide guidance to care aides. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Qualifications: Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in British Columbia. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
