Job description
Lead the Anker Innovations store at Westfield London as a dynamic Store Manager. Focus on team leadership and delivering exceptional customer experiences while enhancing commercial performance. We are seeking an experienced retail leader with 3–5 years in store management or retail operations. Your expertise in consumer technology and hands-on leadership will empower a high-performing team while driving store KPIs. Lead daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, sales, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day management of the store • Enhance commercial performance through strong leadership • Create a premium in-store environment for customers • Coach and develop a motivated store team • Manage stock levels, replenishment, and accuracy Requirements: • 3–5 years of store management experience • Strong track record of delivering store KPIs • Good understanding of retail operations and compliance • Interest in consumer technology and smart electronics • Excellent communication skills in English Bring your leadership and customer service passion to set the standard at Anker Innovations in Westfield London. #J-18808-Ljbffr
