🚀 Représentant(e) des ventes (contrat)
📍 Saguenay et les environs (Chicoutimi, Jonquière, La Baie et les alentours)
📅 Durée du mandat : 14 semaines
📅 Date de début : 11 mai 2026




VIBRANT Marketing Inc. est une firme spécialisée en marketing commercial qui bâtit et dynamise des marques depuis 2006. Présente à travers l’Amérique du Nord, notre équipe offre une expertise reconnue en développement des ventes, stratégie commerciale et distribution alimentaire.




Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) des ventes pour la région du Saguenay et les environs, afin de développer activement le territoire, stimuler la croissance des ventes et maximiser les opportunités d’affaires en magasin.




Conditions du poste



  • Horaire : 4 -5 heures par semaine

  • Rémunération : 26 $/heure

  • Allocation véhicule : 175 $

  • Allocation cellulaire : 25 $

  • Prime de rétention : 150 $

  • Horaire de jour, du lundi au vendredi




Responsabilités



  • Développer activement les ventes sur votre territoire en identifiant et en exploitant les opportunités de croissance

  • Négocier des emplacements stratégiques, des mises en avant et des activations promotionnelles

  • Influencer les décisions en point de vente afin d’augmenter la visibilité et la performance des produits

  • Bâtir et entretenir des relations solides avec les gérants et décideurs en magasin

  • Mettre en œuvre les stratégies commerciales et assurer leur exécution efficace sur le terrain

  • Analyser la performance des produits et recommander des actions concrètes pour accroître les ventes

  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente établis pour votre territoire

  • Assurer des suivis réguliers avec les clients afin de maximiser les opportunités d’affaires

  • Soutenir l’exécution terrain (merchandising, installation de matériel) dans une optique d’impact sur les ventes

  • Produire des rapports de performance et de suivi des activités

  • Visiter de 4 à 10 points de vente par jour




Qualifications requises



  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule (obligatoire)

  • Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en vente, représentation ou développement des affaires (expérience en épicerie, un atout)

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et influence

  • Forte orientation résultats et capacité à atteindre des objectifs de vente

  • Autonomie, débrouillardise et sens de l’organisation

  • Capacité de soulever jusqu’à 50 lb

  • Être âgé(e) d’au moins 18 ans

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (un atout)

  • Excellente maîtrise du français (obligatoire)
