Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Standards, the Special Advisor, Indigenous Technical Advisory Group
(ITAG) provides oversight and facilitation of the planning, coordination and implementation of ITAG. Following the establishment of ITAG, the Special Advisor will be tasked with presiding over its meetings.
This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, contingent upon the successful delivery and evaluation of the proof of concept phase.
The purpose of this project is to establish an ITAG that will support Indigenous public sector entities in gaining access to standardized non-authoritative guidance and reporting materials that are currently available to non-Indigenous federal, provincial, territorial and municipal governments.
Part-time, 10-15 hours a week
