Poste : Consultant Fonctionnel SAP SD

Lieu : Partout dans la province de Québec (100 % télétravail)

Langue requise : Maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit)

Durée : Contrat de 12 mois

Taux horaire : Jusquà 55 $ CAD/heure

À propos du poste

Une importante firme de consultation, qui accompagne un organisme public majeur dans le secteur du transport et de lassurance au Québec, est à la recherche dun Consultant Fonctionnel SAP SD expérimenté. Ce poste est axé sur la configuration, lévolution et le soutien du module Sales and Distribution (SD) dans un environnement SAP denvergure.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Analyser les besoins daffaires et les traduire en configurations et spécifications fonctionnelles efficaces dans SAP SD
  • Soutenir les améliorations continues, les activités de tests et la formation des utilisateurs
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes et les équipes SAP transversales afin de livrer des solutions alignées sur les objectifs opérationnels
  • Offrir un soutien lors du démarrage et après la mise en production, incluant la résolution des incidents et le dépannage
  • Contribuer à la documentation, au partage des connaissances et aux initiatives damélioration continue

Exigences :

  • Environ 4 ans dexpérience pratique en tant que consultant fonctionnel SAP SD
  • Solide compréhension des processus daffaires « order-to-cash »
  • Expérience sur des projets dimplantation ou de support SAP
  • Maîtrise du français obligatoire (parlé et écrit)
  • Basé au Québec ou disponible pour se déplacer ponctuellement sur site au besoin
  • Lexpérience avec dautres modules SAP (MM, FI, etc.) est considérée comme un atout
  • Une expérience préalable dans le secteur public ou en environnement de consultation denvergure est un plus
