AP Clerk - 6-Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Ensure end-to-end AP intake-to-payment continuity during system and process transitions, maintaining accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Review, code, and process high volumes of invoices while supporting payment runs and meeting tight deadlines
• Monitor approval routing compliance and audit trails while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries

• 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills, comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, plus experience with a large ERP system

Pay Range
$25 - $35 per hour
