En tant que conseiller.ère en excellence opérationnelle senior, tu agiras comme notre expert.e Lean (black belt). Ta mission sera de piloter la transformation de l'entreprise en mettant de l’avant des principes, outils et comportements Lean afin de continuer le déploiement de notre culture d'amélioration continue. Ton rôle demandera des compétences techniques pointues en maîtrise des méthodologies Lean et des compétences tactiques pour guider nos équipes.
Fort.e de ta solide expérience en projets d'amélioration dans le milieu manufacturier, tu accompagneras les équipes dans l'identification des gaspillages, la saisie des opportunités et la mise en œuvre des solutions durables. Une part essentielle de ton mandat sera le développement des compétences des membres de l'équipe, les aidant à s'approprier les outils et la philosophie Lean.
Ton écoute, ton esprit d'analyse et ta capacité de synthèse seront cruciaux. Ce poste dynamique et varié te mènera sur nos différents sites (bureaux, usines, chantiers) où tu te positionneras comme une référence en leadership et en gestion de projets.
*Possibilité de travailler à partir de nos bureaux de Lévis, Québec, Saint-Gédéon-de-Beauce, Saint-Georges, Sherbrooke ou Trois-Rivières.
