In this role, you’ll support a variety of marketing initiatives, from social media and events to email campaigns and website updates, playing a key part in keeping our efforts on track and making a real impact across channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute across multiple areas of B2B marketing, and build hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Content & Engagement

  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Assist in creating posts and engaging with our audience through comments and DMs.
  • Monitor activity, flag key feedback, and help compile monthly engagement reports.

Website & Campaign Support

  • Update website and landing pages using our CMS, adding new content and refreshing existing pages.
  • Support email campaigns by managing contact lists and basic segmentation.
  • Gather campaign metrics and organize reports for internal review.

Events & Tradeshows

  • Assist with logistics for conferences and tradeshows (travel, registrations, shipments).
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and prep onsite staff with materials and deadlines.
  • Help with post-event follow-ups, including organizing leads and asset inventory.

Marketing Ops & Asset Management

  • Keep marketing folders and shared assets organized and up to date.
  • Help produce marketing materials by updating templates in Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Track versions and usage of key assets across teams and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content-focused role.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication that is clear, professional, and adaptable across channels.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
  • Experience with event or trade show coordination an asset.
  • Exposure to public relations or media outreach.

Why Work With Us?

  • Work with a passionate, dynamic, and fast-growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the wellness industry.
  • Competitive salary, vacation, and benefits package.
  • Hybrid flexibility with opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Work in a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to reviewing your application!
