Ce que vous ferez

Superviser l'ensemble du processus de paiement et de décharge du début à la fin, en veillant à ce que toutes les étapes soient réalisées efficacement et dans les délais prévus.

Agir en tant que principal point de contact pour les clients et les avocats : répondre aux demandes et résoudre les problèmes.

Responsable de la préparation de toutes les déclarations de décharge avec précision et dans les délais prescrits selon la politique de l'entreprise.

Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes tout au long du processus de décharge pour s'assurer que les déclarations sont préparées et distribuées aux parties concernées.

Effectuer les suivis nécessaires pour s'assurer que les fonds de paiement sont reçus.

Examiner minutieusement le prêt hypothécaire pour la préparation des documents de décharge et coordonner avec nos partenaires/avocats pour garantir l'exactitude des informations pour la décharge du prêt de l'hypothèque.

Préparer des déclarations de paiement claires et précises et fournir aux clients des devis de pénalité si nécessaire, en veillant à ce que les montants fournis correspondent à l'accord de prêt du client.

Appliquer les fonds au prêt hypothécaire dans les systèmes internes pour garantir une distribution précise des fonds et traiter rapidement les éventuelles divergences.

Rédiger et rassembler les documents nécessaires pour les paiements et les décharges hypothécaires, en veillant à leur exactitude et à leur exhaustivité.

Respecter toutes les réglementations, politiques et procédures pertinentes pour atténuer les risques et assurer la conformité tout au long du processus.


Qui nous recherchons

Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans les paiements et les décharges au sein de l'industrie hypothécaire ou dans un rôle étroitement lié avec des responsabilités similaires.

Excellente communication en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Solide compréhension des documents juridiques hypothécaires et du domaine connexe.

Compétences excellentes en communication, en analyse et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'établir des liens efficaces avec les clients et les avocats, ainsi que d'identifier des tendances et des incohérences dans les données.

Familiarité avec les outils de documentation juridique (un atout).

Capacité démontrée à travailler en équipe et à collaborer.

Aptitude à traiter les informations financières confidentielles de manière responsable et éthique.

Capacité à identifier les problèmes potentiels ou les incohérences dans les enregistrements financiers et à les résoudre de manière proactive avant de finaliser le processus.

About the team

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team and help lead the growth of the team as the Payouts and Discharge Specialist. If you have a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of mortgage processes and a commitment to providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our success in this essential role.


What you’ll be doing

Oversee the entire payout and discharge process from start to finish, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and within designated timelines.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and lawyers: addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional relationships.

Responsible for preparing all discharge statements with accuracy and within the prescribed timelines as per company policy.

Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the discharge process to ensure statements are prepared and dispersed to the appropriate parties.

Necessary follow ups are required to ensure payout funds are received.

Thorough review of the mortgage loan for the preparation of discharge documents and; coordinate with our partners/lawyers to ensure the accuracy of information to discharge the loan off title.

Prepare clear and accurate payout statements and provide clients with penalty quotes as applicable, ensuring that the amounts provided are aligned with the client’s loan agreement

Application of funds to the mortgage loan in the internal systems to ensure funds are disbursed accurately and any discrepancies are handled expeditiously.

Draft and assemble the required documents for mortgage payouts and discharges, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk and maintain compliance throughout the process.


Who we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in payouts and discharge within the mortgage industry or a closely related role with similar responsibilities

Excellent communication in both written and verbal French & English

Solid understanding of mortgage legal documents and related field

Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and lawyers and to identify patterns and discrepancies in data

Familiarity with legal documentation tools (an asset)

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration capabilities.

Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly and ethically.

Capacity to identify potential issues or inconsistencies in financial records and proactively address them before finalizing the process.
