Join Cleantech as a Residential Area Manager, where your leadership will ensure exceptional service at various sites. Focus on site inspections, staff training, and maintaining high client satisfaction standards.

As an Area Manager with Cleantech, you will lead operations across a portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring compliance with service expectations. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, addressing service issues, and managing staff effectively. This role is perfect for individuals with proven experience in building management.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee inspections for compliance and quality control • Coach cleaners and supervisors to boost productivity • Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure full coverage • Respond to client feedback and resolve concerns promptly • Support operational processes and team collaboration

Requirements: • 3–5 years in facilities management or janitorial services • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities • Capability to manage multiple tasks independently • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
