Your work will help create the strong foundation of quality, learning, and operational excellence that enables our teams to provide exceptional care and support, helping seniors experience life well.

Who You Are You care deeply about seniors and find real meaning in work that makes a difference.

You take initiative, work independently, and adapt when priorities shift.

You're coachable, growth-minded, and bring a positive energy that people around you notice.

Relationships come easily to you.

You communicate well, navigate conflict gracefully, and take your responsibility to residents and colleagues seriously — including their privacy and trust.

You appreciate the value of consistency and doing things well — and you're genuinely curious about how to do them even better.

You thrive in an environment that's always learning and improving.

And you're looking for more than a job — you want to be part of a community where your work genuinely matters.

Who we are At Baptist Housing, every day is an opportunity to help seniors experience life well — and to experience something meaningful yourself.

You'll be part of a compassionate, committed team where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and you can confidently bring your whole self to work.
