We’re looking for a Brand Experience Specialist who lives and breathes brand energy, community, and great experiences. In this hybrid marketing + guest experience role, you’ll take national campaigns and turn them into local moments that get people talking and coming back. This role connects our national campaigns and local communities, ensuring every shop delivers the energy, confidence, and vibe that defines the Tommy Gun’s experience.

They collaborate with operations, education, and marketing teams to elevate experiences, gather field insights, and ensure every shop delivers the signature Tommy Gun’s vibe.
