Associate Manager, Account Marketing – Wholesale, Canada
What will you do?
The Associate Marketing Manager for Account Marketing (Canada) will coordinate and maintain the marketing program for The North Face’s wholesale retail partners. This role focuses on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, building scalable solutions, and driving brand growth through authentic marketing that resonates with wholesale retail audiences ( instore and digital).

The role is based in Quebec, Canada and designated as remote, with an expectation of approximately 25% travel.


Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for the wholesale accounts, fostering trust and collaboration.

  • Support seasonal plans for the wholesale channel and strategic specialty accounts to drive brand awareness, traffic and sell-through.

  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing support. Partner with agencies to execute this work to deliver to wholesale accounts.

  • Provide proactive communication and support to ensure sales managers, sales reps and wholesale accounts have the necessary assets and resources.

  • Work closely with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the go-to-market process.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives on effective tools for seasonal sell-in

  • Manage the co-op advertising claims and expenses process end-to-end to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

  • Track campaign effectiveness and provide reporting with actionable recommendations for process improvement.

  • Maintain, manage, and communicate scalable solutions for a wide range of account partners

  • Monitor account health and identify opportunities for growth.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Bilingual; able to communicate completely fluently in both French and English (spoken and written)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or outdoor industry.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

  • The role is based in Quebec, Canada and designated as remote, with an expectation of approximately 25% travel.

  • Proven ability to lead a small team in project-driven environments

  • Relationship-driven mindset with a passion for customer service and enabling outdoor exploration.

Gestionnaire associé(e), marketing de comptes – Vente en gros, Canada

Que ferez-vous?

Le ou la gestionnaire associé(e) du marketing pour le marketing de comptes (Canada) coordonnera et assurera le maintien du programme marketing pour les partenaires de vente au détail en gros de The North Face. Ce rôle met l’accent sur l’établissement de relations solides, l’offre d’un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, la mise en place de solutions évolutives et la croissance de la marque grâce à un marketing authentique qui trouve écho auprès des audiences du commerce de détail en gros (en magasin et en numérique).

Voyons cela d’un peu plus près au quotidien.

  • Agir à titre de principal contact marketing pour les comptes de vente en gros, en favorisant la confiance et la collaboration.
  • Soutenir les plans saisonniers pour le canal de vente en gros et les comptes spécialisés stratégiques afin d’accroître la notoriété de la marque, l’achalandage et les ventes.
  • Coordonner les campagnes saisonnières, les activations en magasin et le soutien en marketing numérique. Collaborer avec des agences pour exécuter ce travail et le livrer aux comptes de vente en gros.
  • Assurer une communication proactive et un soutien afin que les gestionnaires des ventes, les représentants des ventes et les comptes de vente en gros disposent des ressources et des outils nécessaires.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes et du marketing de marque afin d’assurer l’alignement tout au long du processus de mise en marché.
  • Collaborer avec les représentants des ventes afin de développer des outils efficaces pour la prise de commandes saisonnières.
  • Gérer de bout en bout le processus des réclamations et des dépenses de publicité coopérative afin d’assurer la conformité aux lignes directrices de la marque.
  • Faire le suivi de l’efficacité des campagnes et produire des rapports accompagnés de recommandations concrètes pour l’amélioration des processus.
  • Maintenir, gérer et communiquer des solutions évolutives pour un vaste éventail de partenaires de comptes.
  • Surveiller la santé des comptes et repérer les occasions de croissance.

De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir?

  • Bilingue ; capable de communiquer avec une aisance complète en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en marketing, de préférence dans le commerce de détail ou l’industrie du plein air.
  • Capacité démontrée à établir et à maintenir de solides relations avec les clients.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en gestion de projets.
  • Le poste est basé au Québec, au Canada, et est désigné comme étant en télétravail, avec une attente d’environ 25 % de déplacements.
  • Capacité démontrée à diriger une petite équipe dans des environnements axés sur les projets.
  • Esprit axé sur les relations, avec une passion pour le service à la clientèle et pour favoriser l’exploration en plein air.

Hiring Range:

$65,600.00 CAD - $82,000.00 CAD annually
