Diex Recherche est à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire en Recherche clinique polyvalent(e) et passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant que leader dans le domaine de la recherche clinique, nous sommes déterminés à améliorer la qualité de vie des participants grâce à des traitements innovateurs.
Dans ce rôle, vous aurez la responsabilité de remplacer et soutenir les différents gestionnaires de site lors de leurs vacances ou absences. Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer fréquemment, environ trois à quatre jours par semaine et parfois même à l’extérieur du Québec, afin d’assurer la continuité des opérations sur nos divers sites.
Votre expertise sera essentielle pour veiller à la bonne coordination et à la gestion des activités de recherche clinique, tout en maintenant une collaboration fluide avec les différents départements. Vous participerez également à la gestion d’équipes de 13 à 16 employés, selon le site où vous serez appelé(e) à intervenir.
