Job description
Lead and enhance customer service as a Front Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart. Oversee performance in cosmetics to elevate store experience and profitability. As a Front Store Manager, you'll manage all aspects of the store's front area, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes staff training, financial accountability, and maintaining standards to drive traffic and engagement. Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve store objectives while leading by the company’s core values.
