Job description
Join IKEA as a Customer Relations Specialist, fostering a welcoming environment for all customers. Use your skills to create positive experiences and meet operational goals.

In the role of Customer Experience Co-worker III, you will engage with customers expertly and meaningfully. With at least 2 years of experience in a related field, your focus will be on building relationships and enhancing customer loyalty while achieving KPIs. Support your team in continuously improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service in every interaction • Engage confidently with customers to enhance their experience • Meet KPIs to retain and grow customer loyalty • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality • Identify customer retention opportunities within the store

Requirements: • At least 2 years of related customer service expertise • Strong communication and interaction skills • Team-oriented approach and collaborative mindset • Passion for helping customers and enhancing experiences • Willingness to learn and adapt for continuous improvement
