1. Formation
• Détenir une AEC, un DEC, un certificat universitaire ou un diplôme de 1er cycle en informatique ou discipline
équivalente.
• Diplôme hors Canada : fournir l'évaluation comparative du MIFI.
• Une copie du diplôme DOIT être jointe à la soumission.
2. Langue de travail
• Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
3. Expérience en systèmes géomatiques
• ArcGIS Pro et/ou ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap)
• Services Web géospatiaux selon les standards OGC : REST, WMS, WFS, WMTS
• Outils ETL : FME Flow ou FME Form
• Scripts d'automatisation : Python, ArcPy
• Formats de données géospatiales : FGDB, EGDB, Shapefile, GeoJSON
4. Gestion de projet agile
• Expérience dans l'utilisation d'Azure DevOps, notamment pour les tableaux Scrum ou Kanban, ainsi que pour
la gestion et le suivi des tâches.
Note : Les exigences 2 à 4 ne font pas l'objet d'une démonstration formelle — le prestataire atteste que la ressource les
satisfait en la proposant. L'exigence 5 (attentes minimales) doit être démontrée dans l'annexe 13C.
ACTIVITÉS À RÉALISER
• Réaliser des travaux d'analyse et de recherche dans le cadre de l'évolution et de l'optimisation des
fonctionnalités applicatives géomatiques
• Recueillir, documenter, évaluer et analyser les besoins exprimés par les pilotes, les utilisateurs et les parties
prenantes
• Concevoir, préparer et exécuter des essais fonctionnels pour valider les fonctionnalités géomatiques
implantées
• Assurer la prise en charge des solutions applicatives et des données géomatiques dans l'environnement
technologique du MELCCFP
• Assurer la qualité, l'intégrité, la cohérence et la mise à jour des données géospatiales
• Automatiser les processus de traitement et de transformation des données (FME Flow, FME Form, Python,
ModelBuilder)
• Publier, maintenir et optimiser des services web géomatiques (services de données et de géotraitement)
• Offrir un soutien technique et partager une expertise en géomatique auprès des unités administratives du
MELCCFP
