Job description
We are hiring Document Processing Specialists for a clean, climate-controlled facility in Concord. If you have sharp computer skills, a strong eye for detail, and prefer a mostly seated role, this is the perfect fit.

Advantages
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Great Schedule: Steady Monday to Friday daytime shift (Weekends free!)

Clearance: Must pass a standard Reliability Status clearance prior to starting.

Responsibilities
High-Speed Scanning: Load document batches into high-speed scanners, operating and troubleshooting the machinery to ensure clean processing.

Quality Assurance: Meticulously review digital files to confirm the exact clarity, alignment, and accuracy of scanned materials against the physical originals.

Data Indexing & Release: Use proprietary computer systems to input accurate file documentation, cross-referencing information to release materials securely to the customer.

Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency with a proven ability to handle data input and a high rate of accurate keyboard keystrokes.

Core Attributes: Superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a genuine comfort with performing fast-paced, repetitive administrative tasks.

Screening Pre-requisite: Must be able to successfully pass a standard Reliability Status security clearance prior to your official start date.
