Job description
Join Light & Wonder as a Senior Manager in Client Services, based in Calgary, Alberta. This hybrid role focuses on operational stability and customer satisfaction in gaming systems.

Candidates must have extensive experience in casino gaming systems, leadership, and managing enterprise customer relationships. You will oversee cross-functional teams that drive technical operations and service delivery while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence. Your role includes being the primary escalation point and managing critical incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure high availability and reliability of gaming platforms • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Manage service improvement initiatives and escalations • Lead cross-functional collaboration for enhanced performance • Oversee incident management and risk mitigation

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields • 15+ years in gaming technology environments • 5+ years of leadership experience • Strong management of technical teams • Proven track record with online systems and APIs
