Job description
Join Northland Properties as a Front Office Manager and lead exceptional hospitality experiences. Drive customer service excellence and ensure operational efficiency at our prestigious hotels.

In this key role, you will manage the Front Office and related departments, ensuring all operations align with Sandman Hotels Group standards. You will be responsible for training, supervising staff, and fostering a culture of outstanding guest service. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in enhancing team morale and productivity.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise Front Office, Reservations, and guest services • Maintain high grooming and uniform standards for team • Develop and implement operational improvements • Collaborate closely with sales and other departments • Prepare forecasts and monitor revenue strategies

Requirements: • Experience in hotel management, particularly in Rooms Division • Strong supervisory and decision-making skills • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
