Principal Consultant - Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead with Oracle Financials experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing Functional solutions for Oracle Financials. The selected candidate should be expertise in ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications. Interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. Documenting and preparing the configuration activities. Candidates will be contributing to solutions in different phases of the consulting lifecycle. Candidates will be intensely involved in business process consulting; candidates will define the problem, propose and create the solution. Candidates will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. Candidates will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Candidates will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Apart from project, candidates are expected to contribute to pre-sales support and other organization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to Toronto.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience

Required Skills

• At least 12 years of overall Information Technology experience and minimum 8+ years of exclusive experience in Fusion cloud Financials
• Oracle Financials cloud experience in domain and functional knowledge of the modules below.
• Oracle Fusion Finance - General Ledger
• Oracle Fusion Finance - Account Payables
• Oracle Fusion Finance - Fixed Assets
• Oracle Fusion Finance – Accounts Receivables
• Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud.
• Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, FA, AR).
• Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM), and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
• Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
• Excellent communication skills, adapting business interaction, and understanding business applications.
• Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience services organizations.
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Good knowledge about Oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications.

• Good knowledge about Oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3rd party applications.
• Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
• Excellent communication skills, adapting business interaction, and understanding business applications.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: $102,474 to $147,835
