Job description
Elevate your career at RFA Bank of Canada as the Director of Financial Analysis. In this hybrid role, you will drive financial planning and performance reporting to shape banking strategies. The Director will spearhead annual planning cycles, ensuring effective financial forecasting and expense management across key business units. With 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, you will provide insights into strategic initiatives while managing P&L analyses and maximizing data-driven decision making. Leverage your leadership experience to influence financial outcomes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee financial modelling and forecasts across departments • Collaborate with leadership on financial targets • Conduct in-depth P&L analysis and scenario modelling • Prepare and deliver timely performance reports • Assess compliance policies and risk management frameworks Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business • 6-8 years in FP&A roles, financial services preferred • CPA, CFA, or MBA credential necessary • 3+ years of team management experience • Strong analytical and budgeting skills Drive impactful financial planning and elevate strategies as the Financial Analysis Director at RFA Bank. #J-18808-Ljbffr
