Provide critical technical support for production environments.
Ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Maintain high service quality through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix/Linux, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time to minimize system downtime.
Support and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications.
Execute, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and database operations.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python.
Respond to and resolve production incidents, including IT risk and compliance-related issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system performance and reliability.
Participate in on-call production support rotations.
Strong experience with Unix/Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and support.
Working knowledge of Mainframe operations and JCL (Job Control Language).
Experience with Stonebranch workflow orchestration.
Hands-on experience with OpenShift deployment and management.
Strong SQL skills for database querying and data management.
Experience developing automation solutions using Shell Scripting and Python.
Proven experience in Production Support and Incident Management.
Understanding of IT risk, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent documentation and knowledge management skills.

8+ years of Production Support experience.
Relevant certifications in Unix/Linux, Windows, Cloud, or related technologies.
Experience working within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
