Job description
Join Roots as a Sales Associate and be the face of exceptional customer service. This role focuses on relationship-building and maintaining store standards to enhance customer experiences.

At Roots, we are looking for a Sales Associate to connect with customers and drive loyalty. Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will encompass effective customer interaction and maintaining visual presentation of merchandise. Ideal candidates will bring retail experience and a friendly, upbeat attitude.

Key Responsibilities: • Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service • Address customer concerns effectively and promptly • Conduct POS transactions and manage cash handling • Ensure visual appeal through merchandising standards • Follow Loss Prevention policies strictly

Requirements: • Retail experience in apparel preferred • Strong relationship-building skills • Independent thinker demonstrating good judgment • Passionate and optimistic in customer interactions • Understanding of store operations and presentation standards
