Job description
Deliver polished service at Vintage Conservatory as an Experienced Server. Ideal for those passionate about wine and hospitality in a members-only dining environment.

In this role, you will provide attentive service for member dining and curated private events. You will benefit from working closely with a supportive team and a sommelier, ensuring seamless service throughout the dining experience. Strong wine knowledge is essential for confidently discussing selections and service standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional and knowledgeable service to members • Execute food and beverage service for seated and standing events • Confidently engage with guests about menu items • Set up and clean event spaces according to guidelines • Maintain cleanliness of service areas at all times

Requirements: • 5 years of previous serving experience required • Wine knowledge (WSET/CMS certification preferred) • Strong communication and attention to detail • Must be available for evening and weekend shifts • Smart Serve certification mandatory
