    Role Overview

    The Social Media

    Digital Campaign Lead consultant is responsible for taking ownership of the firm's social media presence and digital campaigns, with a primary focus on Instagram and content creation. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a well-established, design-driven brand, working on exceptional projects, materials, and collaborations. The successful person will play a key role in elevating the firm's work and its image, supporting the firm's continued growth by strengthening its positioning and attracting aligned clients.

    This role is highly execution-focused and suited for someone who understands how to curate compelling social content, build engagement, increase visibility, and generate qualified leads within the luxury design space. The successful candidate should be capable of independently managing and growing the firm's social presence while working closely with leadership on overall direction and priorities.

    Qualifications

    Proven ability to drive business results through brand and content, including attracting and securing aligned clientsStrong experience managing Instagram and social media campaigns for architecture, interior design, fashion, luxury real estate, or related brandsDemonstrated visual judgment and strong understanding of composition, sequencing, and toneStrong understanding of reels, short-form video, content sequencing, engagement strategy, and platform growthExperience with videography, editing, and content captureStrong understanding of paid social campaigns, boosting strategy, SEO, analytics, and digital growth strategiesStrong visual judgment and understanding of luxury branding aestheticsHighly organized and self-directed, with the ability to independently manage ongoing content initiativesExceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsStrong communication and coordination skillsTypically 3+ years of relevant social media and digital marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and manage Audax's Instagram and social media presenceCurate, capture, edit, and organize reels, videos, stories, and ongoing social contentDevelop and manage social media campaigns focused on engagement, reach, and lead generationMonitor performance analytics and recommend when and where content should be boosted or promotedCoordinate and capture project, office, site, and event content as requiredProvide videography and visual content productionMonitor SEO, social performance, and digital visibility initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, growth, and qualified lead generationMaintain organized content libraries and media assetsWork closely with leadership to ensure content aligns with the firm's overall direction and positioningServe as an advocate for Human Architecture and embody the Audax mission statement in all aspects of the role
