We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Department Associate to join our warehouse logistics team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be a vital part of our daily shipping pipeline, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for timely distribution. You will utilize your professional forklift experience to operate high-reach machinery safely, ensuring incoming product is put away correctly while maintaining an organized facility. Position: Shipping Department Associate

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Location: Creditview Road, Mississauga

Compensation: $19.20/hour + Overtime after 40 hours

Core Duties: Operating Raymond Reach/Order Picker forklifts, picking orders, stock put-away, and warehouse cleaning.

Pre-requisite: Clear Triton background check.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a Raymond Reach Truck and Order Picker to navigate narrow warehouse aisles.

Order Picking: Accurately select, verify, and prepare designated inventory items for shipment based on order invoices.

Stock Optimization: Put away incoming product safely into high-rack storage areas and optimize warehouse space usage.

Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse floor by cleaning work areas regularly.

Qualifications
Professional Experience: Proven, verifiable warehouse experience clearly outlined on your current resume.

Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on experience operating a Raymond Reach Truck or an Order Picker forklift machine.

Screening Requirement: Must be able to successfully pass a completely clear background check processed by Triton prior to starting work.

Key Attributes: Excellent punctuality, strong attention to detail, and a strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.
