Job description
Are you a people-person with great communication skills and customer service skills?
Would you enjoy a junior Receptionist / Greeter role and like to gain some front office experience?

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate for a temporary placement, from June 19th - 26th as a Reception / Greeter in Milton, ON.

Advantages
June 19th - 26th - temporary Reception / Greeter support in office
Working onsite for a financial company
Salary: $19-20 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 3 hour training on June 19th and then 8:30am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 2pm

Responsibilities
As a Reception / Greeter your responsibilities will be:
- General reception area coverage and providing front office presence
- Greeting clients/ guests who enter the office in a polite and courteous manner
- Offering and making refreshments (offer beverages ie. coffee, water etc.)
- Advise team members when their guests have arrived
- Maintain a clean workspace, sorting of mail
- No phone or computer work involved

Qualifications
- Enjoys working in a corporate office setting
- Approachable and accommodating to walk-in traffic
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and enthusiastic attitude
- Requires Business / Professional attire, no jeans or logos
