  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Document completed work, modifications, and testing results to support project records and quality standards.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to apprentices or junior team members when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a valid Ontario Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction and Maintenance Electrician (309A) license.
  • Brings a minimum of five years of post-certification experience in an industrial manufacturing or equipment-building environment.
  • Demonstrates hands-on experience with machine wiring, industrial controls, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of PLC, VFD, motor, and transformer wiring principles.
  • Has experience with control panel layout, assembly, wiring, and commissioning activities.
  • Understands industrial electrical standards, safe work practices, and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Can confidently read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Maintains strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Holds a valid Ontario driver's license and is comfortable traveling to customer sites as required.
