Job description
Elevate catering experiences as the Manager of Catering and Events. Be the driving force behind exceptional service, quality standards, and guest satisfaction in all catering operations.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and optimize catering operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols. Collaborate extensively with culinary and sales teams to curate menus and coordinate events seamlessly. Your dedication to hands-on leadership will cultivate a culture of excellence within the catering team.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure precise scheduling and execution of catering events • Collaborate on menu design and event staffing • Drive profitability through budgeting and inventory management • Foster a culture of safety and engagement among staff • Monitor and respond to guest feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: • Education in Hospitality or Food & Beverage • Minimum 5 years of catering experience • At least 3 years in a leadership role • Strong proficiency in financial oversight • ProServe certification and valid driver’s license
