ResponsibilitiesThe main tasks of the industrial mechanical service technician specializing in separators and centrifuges include:
Coordinate and perform the installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of new equipment at customer sites.
Perform accurate diagnostics, emergency interventions, and warranty work using electrical, mechanical, digital, and pneumatic controls.
Travel to client locations while rigorously respecting safety procedures and collect technical data on the road.
Train clients as well as employees on the optimal use of equipment and general system maintenance.
Keep repair records up to date, prepare parts lists, and propose improvements for product development.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position of mobile mechanical service technician must possess:
Diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in industrial mechanics, electromechanics of automated systems, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of industrial equipment and similar mechanical systems.
Fluent bilingualism required to communicate with English-speaking clients in Montreal and international manufacturers.
Valid passport and full availability to travel regularly to the United States and internationally.
Strong technical knowledge of centrifuges, industrial separators, and pneumatic or electrical systems.
