Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Manager for our Banking Services Group.
The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional production services team responsible for supporting critical banking platforms and operational services across core banking, batch processing, secure file transfer, database administration, and downstream application support. This is a people leadership role with direct responsibility for team management, HR activities, performance oversight, prioritization, escalation management, and coordination across application, infrastructure, security, architecture, vendor, and client teams. The successful candidate will bring strong operational judgment, a solid understanding of production banking environments, and the ability to lead teams that support high-availability services tied to credit union operations, member transactions, payment processing, reporting, and client-facing banking services
Your future duties and responsibilities:
This role requires practical experience in managed, client-hosted, or on-premise banking application environments, ideally including exposure to RFS, DNA, production control, batch orchestration, end-of-day and month-end processing, secure file exchanges, payment integrations, ATM and third-party processor connectivity, and production database support.
The Manager will be expected to oversee incident and major incident response, change readiness, release validation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, SLA and ticket trend reviews, audit and compliance expectations, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resiliency.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Strong understanding of production banking environments, ideally including familiarity with RFS, DNA, and how core platforms support batch processing, file transfers, and downstream applications.
. Practical experience supporting managed, client-hosted, or on-premise banking applications and infrastructure.
. Familiarity with production control services, including batch orchestration, scheduling, overnight processing, end-of-day, month-end, monitoring, exception handling, escalation, and recovery.
. Understanding of secure file transfer processes, including receipt, validation, transmission, monitoring, and troubleshooting of files exchanged between core banking systems and external partners.
. Awareness of how banking applications interact with payment systems, ATM networks, third-party processors such as Everlink, reporting platforms, secure file exchanges, and client-facing services.
. Working knowledge of database administration functions supporting production banking systems, including availability, performance, backup and recovery, patching coordination, and environment support.
. Strong incident and major incident management experience, including triage, escalation, service restoration, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and client-impact assessment.
. Understanding of production change management, including release planning, CAB readiness, implementation validation, backout planning, and post-change monitoring.
. Ability to interpret operational health indicators such as ticket volumes, aging tickets, reopened tickets, recurring incidents, batch failures, SLA misses, and emerging problem trends.
. Ability to work across application support, DBA, infrastructure, security, architecture, vendor, and client teams to manage dependencies and resolve production issues.
. Awareness of audit, compliance, control, disaster recovery, business continuity, resiliency, and operational traceability expectations in a banking environment.
. Ability to communicate technical risk and operational issues in clear business terms, especially where there may be impact to credit union operations, member transactions, payment processing, regulatory obligations, or service availability.
1. Primarily onsite but some occasional travel may be required
2. Standard Monday to Friday 9-5 but afterhours requirements for issues/outages or deployment activity that requires support.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,–$,. This role is an existing vacancy.
