About the role

The Commercial Domain Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end architecture across Haleon’s Commercial domain, including Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion, Customer Engagement, E-commerce and Commercial Analytics.

Working closely with business and D&T stakeholders, the role ensures technology investments support commercial growth, customer experience and operational efficiency. The Commercial Domain Architect partners with Salesforce, ERP and other Domain Architects to drive standardisation, simplify the technology landscape and deliver scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Commercial and E-commerce domain architecture across Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion and Customer Engagement.

• Develop target architectures and technology roadmaps that support commercial growth, customer engagement and business performance.

• Provide architectural leadership for Salesforce and related commercial platforms.

• Ensure seamless integration between Commercial, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain and other enterprise systems.

• Drive platform simplification, standardisation and technology convergence across markets.

• Partner with cross-functional domain architects to design and govern end-to-end business capabilities and processes.

• Shape data, analytics and AI-enabled architectures that support commercial decision-making and operational excellence.

• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles and governance frameworks.

• Support business transformation, portfolio modernisation and strategic technology initiatives across the Commercial domain.

Your profile:

Essential

• 8+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture, digitalstrategyor consulting roles

• Experience across commercial technologies, includingSalesforce

• Proven experience architecting:CRM‑centricsales and marketing ecosystems; E‑commerceand digital commerce integrations

• Enterprise and business architecture mastery

• Ability to connect growth strategy to execution

• Executive‑levelinfluencing and advisory capability

• Comfortoperatingacross ambiguity,marketsand complextrade‑offs

Preferred

• Experience partnering with Salesforce and ERP Domain Architects

• Track recordin global platform convergence and simplification initiatives

• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in sales,marketingand demand planning

PLN 318 152,00 - PLN 437 459,00 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
