Your primary responsibilities will include managing transactions and supporting showroom organization while fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Offer friendly greetings and superior customer service • Collaborate with sales teams and assist in showroom experiences • Process and track jewellery repairs • Answer phone calls and respond to emails efficiently • Maintain showroom cleanliness and inventory appearance
Requirements: • At least 1 year experience in customer service roles • Strong time management and decision-making abilities • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally • Computer literacy and agility with technology • Minimum 3 days availability, including at least 1 weekend
