Job description
Lead the Professional Services team at SpaSoft, Canada, ensuring high-quality customer onboarding and project execution. This role focuses on driving delivery excellence and operational scalability. In the Manager role, you will report to the SpaSoft President, owning the complete customer delivery experience from onboarding to implementation. Your expertise will shape the standardization of delivery processes and enhance customer interactions across various enterprise projects. This position also involves guiding your team to achieve superior performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Professional Services projects from initiation to completion • Drive performance in alignment with operational and revenue targets • Implement automation in onboarding processes for efficiency • Collaborate with Development to enhance onboarding solutions • Serve as a key partner for enterprise customers throughout delivery Requirements: • Experience leading teams in implementation for B2B software • A track record in executing complex projects successfully • Strong understanding of SaaS and IT systems • Familiar with leveraging AI for process improvements • Exceptional skills in stakeholder communication and relationship management Lead SpaSoft's Professional Services and ensure customer success through innovative management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
