This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative thinker who enjoys turning information into actionable recommendations and helping shape meaningful customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, gather, and analyze information from a variety of sources to understand customer behaviour, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Support the development of go-to-market plans for a portfolio of brands across the Canadian market.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, including brand planning, campaign development, audience segmentation, and positioning exercises.

  • Conduct audits of existing marketing and communication plans to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and evolving customer needs to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Assist senior strategy team members with research, analysis, presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Contribute to channel-specific recommendations by applying best practices, performance insights, and emerging trends.
  • Support measurement and reporting initiatives by helping analyze campaign performance and identify learnings for future optimization.

What You’ll Need

  • A customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, customer experience, and strategic planning frameworks.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to understand people, behaviours, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify meaningful insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across disciplines and teams.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics tools, or dashboard reporting platforms.
  • Experience gathering and interpreting consumer, customer, market, and behavioural research.
  • Understanding of social media marketing, search marketing, and digital communications channels.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and methodologies.
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or highly regulated industries.
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, marketing, communications, research, consulting, or a related field.
