Job description
Become a Senior Account Manager with NFP in Ottawa’s hybrid work environment. This full-time role is centered on managing client relationships within Business Insurance.

As a Senior Client Manager at NFP, you will develop and manage a portfolio of established clients while delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must hold a RIBO license and possess over five years of relevant industry experience. You’ll utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for coverage expansion.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare applications and marketing strategies for clients • Address inquiries regarding policy coverage and claims • Drive revenue by cross-selling additional coverage lines • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners

Requirements: • Must hold a valid RIBO license • 5+ years of experience in insurance brokerage • Expertise in mid-market and complex account management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting
