Description
:En tant que technicien(ne) RH - Soutien aux employés, vous contribuerez à offrir un service accessible, fiable et efficace aux employés(ées) et aux gestionnaires. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la diffusion de l’information RH et dans l’amélioration continue des pratiques et outils du service, tout en développant votre expertise dans un environnement dynamique.
Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Répondre aux demandes des employés(ées) et gestionnaires concernant les conditions de travail et les conventions collectives
Informer sur les politiques et programmes de ressources humaines
Traiter les questions liées à la paie, aux absences et aux banques de temps
Mettre à jour la base de connaissances RH
Collaborer à la rédaction des communications destinées aux employés(ées) et aux gestionnaires
Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus du service
Vos talents et qualifications :
DEC en administration ou dans un domaine connexe
Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
